Participants who successfully finish the course receive an official certificate, signed by Ghent University, that states that the participant successfully finished the course, equal to 6 ECTS credits.

The skills, knowledge & mindset that participants gain during the program offer different career options.
Participants can start their own start-up based on the idea and business model they have worked on during the program. They can get access to accelerator programs offered by the partners of the program, receiving support and guidance in their further developments.
Participants can also continue as an intrapreneur within (their) health organization(s), developing new ideas, creating impact & improving healthcare as a whole.
Each participant works in a multidisciplinairy team on a real-life Healthcare challenge. The online modules as well as the onsite weekends support participants on their journey to find solutions and to define a business model for their ideas.
Every module consist of:
- Specific theory & individual study materials
- Group assignments which are linked to the challenge
In module 2, 3, 4 & 5 participants will receive additional online coaching from Ghent University to take their ideas to the next level.
Due to the corona measures the kick-off and closing weekend will be organized online. This means that participants will be able to follow the complete program online and travels to Ghent are no longer nessecary.

This first weekend also contains a fieldtrip to Rotterdam with a workshop at the Create4Care program from Erasmus MC Rotterdam. Travel from Ghent to Rotterdam and workshop costs are included in the H-Impact price.
Due to the corona measures the kick-off weekend will be organized online, including the workshop at the Create4Care program.
During the closing weekend participants will join workshops and will pitch their ideas and progress for a professional jury. They will also participate in the professional network event “Share the Impact”, organized by Roche on the 7th of December 2020.
